Preparation
- Drain and rinse canned beans under cold running water.
- Thoroughly wash then chop the vegetables, chop the cilantro, then dice the celery.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or pan. Gently stir together with a spoon. Chill in the refrigerator at 41 degrees F or lower until served.
