Tai Chi for Cancer Survivors

This two-hour class will help you get a healthy start to breastfeeding your newborn. You will learn about milk production, feeding cues, latching techniques, milk storage and problem-solving tips for successful breastfeeding. This class is taught by a certified lactation consultant. Uplift Support Group

This free support group, led by a clinical therapist, is offered to all pre- and post-surgical weight loss patients in the Upstate. Weight Loss Surgery Information Seminar

Focus After 50: DRUMatic Healing

Current research is now verifying the therapeutic effects of drumming to reduce tension, stress and chronic pain. Drumming is also a great workout for the brain because it accesses the entire brain.
